Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in experimentation, analytics, statistical modeling, or related fields.
• Advanced expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and modeling.
• Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate business outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
• Experience leading complex analytical initiatives across multiple functions.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable business recommendations and influence decisions.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
