Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within safety & security, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
• Proven work experience as Safety & Security Manager or Supervisor.
• OSHA 30 - General Industry Certification.
• Experience creating safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Budget development and adherence experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate security activities to safeguard assets, employees, guests.
• Oversee contracted security services and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and track KPIs for contract security teams.
• Schedule all full-time and part-time Security Officers.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets and justify over-budget spending.
• Enhance safety through operational procedures and training.
• Prepare management reports on incidents, trends, and staffing.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
