Job summary

Meow Wolf Dallas, LLC is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to lead all reporting security personnel at our Grapevine exhibition. You will partner with the GM and cross‑function leaders to protect guests, employees, and assets while maintaining service excellence.

You will oversee schedules, training, budgeting, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Meow Wolf standards. This is a full-time, on-site role in Grapevine, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within safety & security, preferably hospitality or related fields.
• Experience as Safety & Security Manager or Supervisor.
• OSHA 30 - General Industry Certification.
• History of creating safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Budget development and adherence experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate security activities to safeguard assets, employees, guests, and visitors.
• Oversee contracted security services and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships and KPI tracking for security teams.
• Schedule security officers (full-time & part-time) and manage budgets.
• Conduct safety training for staff and prepare management reports on security trends.
• Evaluate procedures and implement improvements and risk-reduction measures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
