Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering customer events or experiential programs.
• Ability to manage multiple event workstreams with clear plans and priorities.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver experiences on schedule.
• Comfort working with event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and follow-up actions.
• Strong attention to detail in logistics, timelines, and execution.
• MS Project or other Project Management software (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting customer events in a B2B environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and registration tools (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with sales or demand teams on post-event follow up (preferred).
• Background in hospitality, customer experience, site operations, communications, or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Office 365 Platform (preferred).
• Organization and planning skills (preferred).
• Teamwork with “one team” philosophy (preferred).
• Facility Operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer events including site preparation and logistics.
• Translate experience objectives into plans with defined audiences, goals, timelines, and success measures.
• Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, support, and offsite experience needs.
• Partner with campaign, content, and digital teams to align messaging before, during, and after events.
• Support planning and follow-up activities to ensure each experience drives measurable engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Track experience performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning.
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps.
• Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all events.
