Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Design Ops Associate to streamline design planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery across design teams and partners. You’ll partner with designers, product, engineering, and delivery teams to support planning, reports, process documentation, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes scalability of processes over producing design assets, with a focus on visibility, governance, and efficient workflows. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how design work moves from planning through delivery within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, or initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to create, document, and maintain processes, templates, or operational frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with teams that have different priorities, responsibilities, and areas of expertise.
• Ability to identify operational challenges and recommend practical improvements.
• Experience using project management, planning, tracking, or collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple activities and deadlines.

The role focuses on improving how design work is planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered rather than producing design deliverables. The Associate will work closely with designers, product teams, engineers, and delivery partners to support planning, coordination, reporting, process documentation, portfolio oversight, and continuous improvement. The compensation for this position is $77,000 based on a full-time schedule.
