Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Site & Customer Experience Ops Associate to support planning, coordination, and delivery of customer events across multiple experiences. You will work in a project office environment to ensure outcomes align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

You will partner with campaign, content, and digital teams, manage vendor relationships, track metrics, and document outcomes to inform future planning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering customer events or experiential programs.
• Ability to manage multiple event workstreams with clear plans and priorities.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver experiences on schedule.
• Strong attention to detail in logistics, timelines, and execution.
• Ability to document plans, outcomes, and learnings in a clear and structured way.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer events including site preparation and logistics
• Translate experience objectives into plans with defined audiences, goals, timelines, and success measures
• Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, support, and offsite experience needs
• Partner with campaign, content, and digital teams to align messaging before, during, and after events
• Support planning and follow up activities to ensure each experience drives measurable engagement and pipeline contribution
• Track experience performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps
• Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all events
