We support our customers’ transformation visions through the delivery of many interconnected, related experiences. Each one of these experiences needs to deliver the intended outcome. As Site & Customer Experience Ops Associate at Kyndryl, you will provide support for one or more experiences at a time, often working within a project office environment, to deliver successful experience outcomes to your customer. **What you will do**•Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer events including site preparation and logistics•Translate experience objectives into plans with defined audiences, goals, timelines, and success measures•Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, support, and offsite experience needs•Partner with campaign, content, and digital teams to align messaging before, during, and after events•Support planning and follow up activities to ensure each experience drives measurable engagement and pipeline contribution•Track experience performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning•Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps•Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all eventsKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies.
