Job summary

Southall Farm & Inn seeks an Activities Manager to oversee the activities team and programming across Apiary, Farm, Orchard, Wellness, and Culinary programs. You will provide logistical support and ensure a five-star guest experience through strong leadership and collaboration.

The role requires 2+ years of team leadership and a passion for sustainability, farming, and guest services. Availability on weekends/evenings is expected; BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams and staff.
• Experience with educational or experiential programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Activities team and programming for guests and community.
• Coordinate with events, Wellness, Apiary, Farm and Culinary programs.
• Manage scheduling, training, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with permits, inspections and standards.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in hiring.
