• Experience in experiential production, managing activations or leading production teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and align stakeholders across disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, development, and execution of experiential events and brand activations.
• Translate creative ideas into production plans with budgets and timelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and on-site logistics from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, PM, and clients to deliver exceptional work.
• Travel to events to oversee onsite production and troubleshoot in real time.
• Support senior producers and mentor junior team members.
