SixSpeed is seeking experienced Content Producers to join a growing production team. You will lead planning, development, and execution of commercial photo and video productions from concept to delivery, balancing creative vision with budgets and timelines.

Senior roles involve mentoring Producers, building scalable processes, and partnering with clients and vendors to deliver outstanding work. Travel and on-set support may be required.

• Proven experience leading photo and video shoots for commercials.
• Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans.
• Strong budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of commercial photo and video productions from concept to delivery.
• Translate ambitious ideas into actionable production plans balancing budget, timeline, and resources.
• Own complex production challenges and proactively propose solutions.
• Manage budgets, estimates, schedules, staffing, vendors, and logistics across all phases.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Project Management, clients, and partners to deliver exceptional work.
• Source and manage directors, photographers, editors, and freelance crews.
• Oversee shoots including casting, locations, wardrobe, design, and technical details.
• Guide post-production with editors and colorists to realize the creative vision.
• Navigate changing priorities and travel or after-hours needs.
• Mentor Producers and help build scalable processes across the Content team.
