ABOUT THE ROLE: WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and event preparation.

This is a hands‑on role. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, products, and materials are properly stored, tracked, packed, and shipped for events across the U.S.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage all warehouse operations, including organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of all equipment and materials
• Prepare, pack, and ship materials for upcoming events based on schedules and requirements
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and returns
• Coordinate logistics to ensure all items arrive on time for events
• Maintain and organize event equipment (including light maintenance when needed)
• Work closely with the events team to ensure readiness for each activation
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and organization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment and boxes regularly
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
