Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent; 2 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with high schools, colleges, and universities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization, logistics, and implementation of the SREL undergraduate experiential learning program, including participant stipend and travel reimbursement, transportation needs, workshop content and scheduling, and summer research experiences.
• Deliver outreach and recruitment presentations to undergraduate students at local high schools, colleges, and universities; prepare talks for general public and recruitment of undergraduates.
• Coordinate with SREL Faculty to identify summer research opportunities and oversee the summer program logistics and participant activities.
• Document and track the success and impact of the SREL undergraduate experiential learning program.
