Job summary

Northern Arizona University is seeking an Experiential Learning Coordinator (Part-Time Temporary) to support the Job Shadow Program. You will meet with students, coordinate employer engagements, and manage communications for job shadow experiences at the Flagstaff Mountain Campus.

Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of career development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 2 years of related experience.
• Foundational knowledge of career development and advising.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google/Canva tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job shadow program intake and employer communications.
• Assist with marketing and social media to promote engagement.
• Meet with students to prepare for job shadow experiences.
• Confirm job shadow logistics with students and employers.
• Provide excellent customer service to support employer engagement.
• Track program data and engagement metrics.
• Work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva and Google Suite.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
