University of Arizona is seeking a Coordinator, Tours and Visitor Experience to lead campus visits and deliver a welcoming, informative experience for prospective students and families.
You will supervise the Arizona Ambassador student staff, coordinate tours and VIP visits, support admissions counseling, and report on visitor engagement to drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience plus fingerprint clearance are required.
Responsible for leading all aspects of campus visits to the University of Arizona, ensuring a highly personalized, welcoming, and informative experience for prospective students and families. Manages and develops the Arizona Ambassador student staff, building a team of tour guides to deliver a concierge-level experience for all prospective, admitted, group, and VIP tours.
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Tuesday – Saturday, with adjusted weekend Sunday – Monday coverage for Wildcat Welcome Center).

Campus visit program coordination (45%): Lead scheduling and logistics of campus, group, and VIP tours; maintain the visit calendar in Technolutions Slate; use data‑driven decisions to build schedules; coordinate with university units and external partners to provide integrated services.
Arizona Ambassador supervision (30%): Hire, train, evaluate, and support Arizona Ambassador student staff; manage indirect supervision of other Enrollment Management students; ensure proper staffing in Wildcat Welcome Center; mentor staff for professional growth.
Reporting and assessment (15%): Maintain accurate records and report progress and visitor engagement to supervisors; use data to inform continuous improvement of the campus visit program.
Admission counseling (10%): Advise prospects, applicants, and incoming students on university admissions policies and procedures; serve as admissions counselor on duty; provide customer service, campus events, and recruitment support as needed.
