Qualifications

• Experience leading networks, communities of practice, or cross-functional coalitions.
• Program development, project management, and strategic planning in higher education, career services, or corporate recruiting.
• Experience consulting with external organizations to design or improve internship programs and talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of NA CE career readiness competencies and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills with workshop delivery experience.
• Excellent written communication; managing newsletters, digital libraries, or collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic units and partners to integrate experiential learning into student programs.
• Lead primary consultation for employers to help design or enhance experiential learning initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within Career Services on experiential learning.
• Create educational resources, workshops, and toolkits for employer partners.
