Job summary

CHANDON invites an experienced hospitality leader to shape and guide the Brand Home Visitor Experience in Napa. You will drive a premium F&B program, mentor teams, and ensure flawless guest interactions from reservation to post-visit.

You will design memorable experience menus, lead events, manage budgets and safety standards, and collaborate with culinary and planning teams to exceed revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B teams in luxury or high-volume hospitality.
• Ability to recruit, train, and appraise staff to standards.
• Experience planning events and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
• Train staff on wine, food, service, safety, and brand standards.
• Oversee guest experience, bookings, and VIP service.
• Coordinate events, menus, and supplier needs per BEO specs.
• Manage budgets, labor, and upsell initiatives for experiences.
