Job summary

CHANDON Napa Valley seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead Brand Home visitor experiences and events, delivering hospitality at the highest level. You will manage a front-of-house team, design guest experiences, train staff, and ensure budget adherence while collaborating with events and culinary teams to elevate the CHANDON guest journey.

This role requires leadership, a deep knowledge of service standards, and the ability to create memorable experiences for visitors

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hotel/restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
• Experience budgeting and staffing for large teams.
• Knowledge of ISO/service standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising staff.
• Deliver training on wine, service, safety, and sales.
• Ensure service standards, equipment, and par levels are maintained.
• Develop budgets, KPIs, policies, and staff targets.
• Coach staff on customer service and teamwork.
• Oversee events and private experiences per BEO specs.
• Coordinate with planning, operations, and culinary teams.
