Job summary

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower seeks a Special Events Marketing Coordinator to drive brand presence for events and entertainment. You will coordinate marketing initiatives with operational leaders, develop collateral, and manage asset requests to ensure consistent communication and strong guest experiences.

You will support True Rewards execution, social media promotion, and event-day operations while maintaining brand standards and collaborating with internal teams to maximize event impact.

Qualifications

• 1 year of marketing experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service consistent with the company culture.
• Oversee delivery and execution of collateral to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with special events, True Rewards execution, and corporate partnerships.
• Coordinate signage, digital messaging, and marketing item placement for events.
• Lead on all marketing asset requests to the corporate creative team and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with the Direct Mail team to represent assets in weekly mailers and postcards.
• Support event days with registration, setup and tear-down.
• Update STRAT.com and True Rewards app with event details and assets.
• Assist Entertainment marketing deliverables for concerts and shows.
