Job summary

Greenhouse seeks an Events Marketing Manager for its Boulder, CO office to lead nationwide events and experiences. You will work with the Director of Marketing, fellow events colleagues, and external partners to plan, manage, and execute high‑quality community-building and fundraising events.

This role handles logistics, branding, signage, storytelling, emails, program design, and on-site execution, with travel to IL, NC, GA, NY, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated event plans with internal staff and external partners.
• Design and execute bold signage covering branding and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative agency on floorplans, invitations, and marketing needs.
• Write and send engaging emails to drive event attendance.
• Manage budgets and reconcile spending with the accounting team.
• Coordinate with relationship team and marketing for aligned messaging.
• Track information using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Alchemer.
• Analyze event results and report findings to the team.
