Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics for 50+ events per year across multiple audiences.
  • Produce and support virtual events, including slides and AV.
  • Lead day-of on-site management for large events and town halls.
  • Manage invitations, registration, RSVP tracking, and inquiries.
  • Track budgets, conduct post-event reviews, and recommend process improvements.
