This role manages an estimated 50+ events per year, ranging from mid-size virtual employer sessions to large in-person career fairs, student expos and information sessions, division-wide town halls, and other faculty/staff training events. The Events Manager evaluates space, technology, catering, and vendor requirements for each event; serves as the primary point of contact between vendors and the division; and handles event planning and logistics end-to-end, including space reservations, marketing and participant tracking, presentation and visual support, virtual event technical support, and day-of on-site management, ensuring each event runs smoothly and reflects positively on the unit and supports the division's mission.
