Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking an Entertainment & Activities Manager for our Maine properties. You will design and implement engaging guest activities, manage a team at the Guest Hub, and coordinate events with vendors and performers.

You will also oversee social media content for Marketing and help promote scheduled activities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality management, a recreation-focused degree preferred, and strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality management or directing an activities program.
• Degree in recreation or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term guest and employee relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement entertainment and activities to delight guests.
• Manage and communicate social media content for Marketing.
• Build relationships with vendors, entertainers, sponsors, and guests.
• Plan and execute resort events, weekends, and programs.
• Negotiate and oversee bands, performers, and third-party vendors.
• Manage team and operations at the Guest Hub.
• Schedule facilities and manage budgets to drive revenue.
• Assist in advertising and promoting activities and events.
• Update calendar on CampersApp regularly.
• Ensure events run smoothly and address guest concerns.
