Gathering Place is seeking an Events & Experience professional to plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee events and programming across GGP Parks facilities, including Guthrie Green, LowDown, and Gathering Place. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful events and top-tier guest experiences.

You will manage pre-event planning, on-site oversight, and post-event wrap-up, while guiding vendors, performers, and contractors in setup needs and safety

Qualificações

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in parks and recreation, event management, or related field of study.
• Ability to work with the public and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Willingness to work long shifts including holidays, weekends, and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement diverse internal programming and events.
• Oversee events and programs across venues ensuring policy compliance and guest experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, performers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with pre-event planning and day-of-event oversight, advising partners and vendors on setup and logistics.
• Manage event checklists, timelines, equipment deployment, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate setup/tear-down and onsite roles across facilities as assigned.
