Great Parks seeks an Events Specialist to bring to life outdoor experiences and milestone celebrations in Cincinnati. You will lead end-to-end event planning, from creative ideation to post-event review, coordinating design, venue, décor, guest experience and sponsorship fulfillment.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong collaboration with internal teams, vendor management, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in events, marketing, community relations, and/or public relations.
• Ability to manage multiple events end-to-end with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full lifecycle of events from ideation to post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate design, venue, decor, guest experience and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Manage on-site operations, staff, volunteers and vendor logistics.
• Serve as on-site lead for select events and coordinate with internal teams.
