Job summary

Tulsa Community Foundation seeks an energetic events professional to plan and coordinate diverse programs across GGP Parks facilities, including special events, festivals, concerts, and community activities.

Under supervision, you will manage pre‑event planning, day‑of execution, and vendor relations while ensuring safety, quality, and a superior guest experience across Guthrie Green, LowDown, and Gathering Place venues.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in parks and recreation, event management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate diverse internal programming and community events.
• Oversee events across multiple venues and ensure guest experience aligns with standards.
• Support pre-event planning, day-of-event oversight, and vendor coordination.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, setup/tear-down, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on logistics and contracts.
