Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of event coordination or premium venue experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating customer service or guest hospitality platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of detailed operational plans for private, public and internal events.
• Collaborate with ALL TEAMS to ensure flawless event execution from assignment to re-booking.
• Collaborate with ALL TEAMS to manage master event calendars, CRM and filing systems.
