The Freeman Company is seeking an entry-level Production Assistant to support the event team across all production stages. The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and hands-on collaboration, with travel and on-site execution as needed.

The position offers a hybrid schedule from Las Vegas, NV, requiring 25%–50% travel and strong logistics capabilities to manage shipping, expenses, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 years of event experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Familiar with G Suite, Box, Microsoft Office & Airtable.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage administrative tasks and track expenses.
• Order and manage event kit inventory; pack and ship kits.
• Onsite PA & Runner roles; travel as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on team needs and pickups.
