Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Production Assistant (PA) to support the event team across all production stages. This entry-level role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics, expense tracking, shipping, and onsite execution.

The PA will work hybrid from one of several cities including Detroit, MI, with travel 25–50%. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with G Suite, Box, Microsoft Office, and

• 0-1 years of event experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Familiar with G Suite, Box, Microsoft Office & Airtable.
• Energetic self-starter with drive and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage administrative tasks and expenses tracking.
• Order and manage event kit inventory, packing and shipping.
• Assist with presentations and vendor coordination.
• Take detailed notes in meetings and capture action items.
