Job summary

PENZONE Salons + Spas in Dublin, OH is seeking an Experience Coordinator to design and execute experiences for wedding parties, groups, and corporate events across PENZONE brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan services, food, and day-of logistics at client sites or in-house venues.

This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced, creative environment, with weekend and evening availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with guests to plan day-of details.
• Coordinate day-of responsibilities with artists and teams.
• Design and execute all planning and execution tasks for events.
• Ensure plans are up to date and tasks are completed on time.
• Schedule weekend/night availability as needed.
• Maintain admin and reporting tasks.
• Hold weekly meetings with salon management.
• Track deposits and final payments and ensure tickets are executed.
• Resolve guest concerns with cross-functional teams.
