Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. is seeking an Experience Coordinator to craft memorable events for wedding parties, small groups, and corporate groups across PENZONE, Royal Rhino Club Barbershop & Lounge, L I T Life + Yoga, and BASE ONE. You’ll plan services, food, and experiences, coordinating with onsite teams for a flawless day.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, and hands-on event execution in a fast-paced environment, with occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or equivalent event experience.
• Familiarity with various social channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with guests to collaborate and plan day of details.
• Coordinate details and responsibilities for day of (the event) with artists and internal teams.
• Design, manage and execute all planning and execution tasks for events.
• Ensure event plans are up to date and tasks are completed on time.
• Forecast and arrange coverage to avoid gaps in services on event day.
• Occasionally work weekends and evenings as required.
• Perform general administrative and reporting tasks.
• Conduct weekly meetings with salon management for smooth event execution.
• Maintain calendars for experiences, deposits, final payments, and ticket accuracy.
