Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the event space, ensuring the highest level of concierge service, including bar management and client service.
• Collaborate with clients (internal and external) to coordinate communication/attendance at events for exposure.
• Understand event requirements and objectives; execute logistics from concept to completion.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines based on client needs.
• Manage AV/sound equipment setup and presentation logistics.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure services and resources.
• Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines aligned with client expectations.
