Responsibilities

Develop innovative concepts to elevate guest experiences across cruise journeys.
Create narratives, journeys, and frameworks for new products, spaces, and entertainment.
Translate brand strategies into compelling guest experiences aligned with goals.
Facilitate ideation workshops with internal and external partners.
Monitor trends in hospitality, entertainment, and experiential design.
Prepare concept briefs, vision documents, and business cases.
