Attorney - Workers’ Compensation Defense | Up to $185K Base + Bonus | Pennsylvania | Fully Remote

Specialist Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense work, meaningful case ownership and the flexibility to work fully remotely.

Join an established defense practice representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators across complex Workers’ Compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, client contact and long-term development.

Platform

Established Workers’ Compensation Practice: Work within a team handling sophisticated Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense matters for employers, carriers and TPAs.

Lower Billable Requirement: Benefit from a more sustainable billable expectation than many comparable defense firms, without sacrificing the quality of the work.

Meaningful Case Ownership: Independently manage matters through investigation, pleadings, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements and appeals.

Direct Client Exposure: Work closely with employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators on strategy, exposure analysis and claim resolution.
