Job summary

Lawyers for Justice in Minnesota seeks an experienced Attorney to represent clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against major corporations. The Attorney will manage an active caseload, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, draft motions, and appear in court for hearings and trial while advising clients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or admitted elsewhere and pending MN admission.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery and motions.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-hour matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload in wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions.
• Handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft motions.
• Appear for hearings and trial and argue motions in court.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process and communicate strategy.
