Job summary

Lawyers for Justice in Minnesota seeks a Senior Attorney to manage a significant caseload in wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against major employers. You will provide guidance to associates, shape case strategy, and handle complex discovery, depositions, and motions.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Minnesota attorney with 8+ years in civil litigation, experience in class actions and complex matters, and willingness to travel as needed; a track record of strong outcomes is

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or admission pending in Minnesota.
Minimum 8+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a caseload of wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.
Develop case strategy and oversee associate attorneys.
Lead settlement negotiations and appear in court for hearings and trial.
Mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
