The ideal candidate is licensed in Minnesota with 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including oral advocacy and depositions; prior class action or complex litigation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate for clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions.
• Manage an active caseload and conduct discovery.
