Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and depositions
• Class actions, complex litigation, and wage-hour experience a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against various defendants
• Manage an active caseload and conduct discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions
• Appear in court for hearings and trials; advise clients throughout litigation
