Berkeley Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) to join our privately owned, growing practice in Berkeley. You’ll be the friendly first face for clients and their pets, handling calls, scheduling, and basic payments.
We value warm, professional, and empathetic care, teamwork, and a willingness to learn Fear Free techniques. Training for Neo PM and multiple platforms is provided.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and animals, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a thoughtful, collaborative team.
As a CSR, you’ll be one of the first faces our clients see and an important part of creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.

We are a privately owned small animal clinic (general practice care). We have a 3000 square foot facility with 5 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a dental suite, a surgery suite, and Free warming cages. We offer acupuncture and have on‑call specialists who include internal medicine, cardiology, and surgery.
