Berkeley Animal Hospital, a privately owned veterinary clinic opened in 2023 in Berkeley, seeks an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) to join our team. You will be the friendly face welcoming clients and their pets, handling calls, texts, emails, scheduling, and front-desk duties with warmth and professionalism.

We value care, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach. Training on Neo will be provided; Fear Free interest is a plus, and bilingual skills are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary CSR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with computers and multiple digital platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
• Willingness to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets at the front desk.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails; schedule appointments.
• Process payments and manage basic transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support veterinarians and technicians with admin tasks.
• Keep front desk clean and welcoming.
