Formación

• 1+ year veterinary receptionist experience or equivalent required.
• Ability to work Saturdays until noon.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients at the hospital reception area and triage concerns.
• Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to optimize daily flow and efficiency.
• Check in/out clients and process payments; provide compassionate support.
