Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond promptly to voicemails.
• Schedule appointments on a multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out, collect payments, and process invoices.
• Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and services to clients.
• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain patient histories, vitals, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Keep front desk, lobby, kennels, and treatment areas organized.
