Simi Valley Toyota is seeking an experienced sales leader to build and guide a high-energy automotive sales team in California. The role drives training, sets ambitious goals, and oversees the purchasing and resale of quality used vehicles.

You will support staff, close deals, and foster a customer-first culture. Applicants should bring dealership management experience, strong communication, and a track record of achieving quotas while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed quotas

Pay:

Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $5,859.00 and $5,900.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
