Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress is seeking an experienced Toddler Lead Teacher for a full-time closing shift. You will lead a toddler classroom, foster development, and mentor newer staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center (Toddler experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide other teachers.
• Excellent classroom management and customer service skills with families.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards preferred.
