The Learning Experience - North Schertz is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to lead classrooms and foster a warm, engaging learning environment for preschool children.

You will implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to enrollment and center success while delivering high-quality care and education.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or minimum six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree; high school diploma/GED accepted.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress and achievements.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, supporting infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
