Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork to the appropriate agencies.
• Process title work for new, used, and wholesale vehicle transactions.
• Verify all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly executed.
• Maintain accurate title records and filing systems.
• Track outstanding titles and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
• Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Finance departments to resolve title issues.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Handle title corrections, duplicate titles, liens, and other title-related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
