Salary/Pay Range: Wage based on Experience. Will pay for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Process title documentation for all new, used, and wholesale vehicle transactions.
• Verify legal paperwork for compliance with state, federal, and DMV regulations.
• Submit registration packages to state agencies quickly to prevent consumer delays.
• Resolve title discrepancies by interfacing directly with lenders, auctions, and customers.
• Maintain precise ledger records for all tax, title, and registration fees collected.
• Collaborate closely with management to track and report missing or problematic titles.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is strictly required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of state DMV frameworks, out‑of‑state transfers, and tax regulations.
• Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong data entry speed, and great problem‑solving skills.
