Pasadena Villa Outpatient, part of the Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare Network, seeks an experienced Associate Therapist to deliver individual, family and group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization program in Lansing, MI. Under supervision of licensed clinicians, you will assess client needs and develop treatment plans while coordinating care with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in Michigan in good standing; licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete session notes, discharge plans and required documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with clients, families and referral partners to support ongoing treatment.
