Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient LLC in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Associate Therapist to provide individual, family and group therapy within an intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization program under licensed supervision.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology and a provisional TN license, with at least two years of direct mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Provisional Tennessee license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy in an outpatient/partial hospitalization setting.
• Complete session notes, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and records per state and accrediting bodies.
• Engage with clients, families, and referral sources with empathy and professionalism.
