Job summary

Leppo Rents in Ohio is seeking diesel mechanics who can diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, from skid steers to telehandlers. You will perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel work to keep our rental fleet ready.

• Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
