Job summary

Bobcat of Cleveland- Leppo Rents is seeking a diesel mechanic skilled in small construction equipment. You’ll diagnose, repair, and service skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and related gear to keep fleets ready for rental.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
